Coté Verger is an apartment for 2 to 4 people with two bedrooms distributed in the "wings" of the house, immediately opening up to a private garden. 

Access to the apartment is independent and on the first floor but the accommodation has one level consisting of two steps leading up to the living room and one of the bedrooms. Private parking is located a few meters away.

The living area is south-facing, very bright and gives direct access to a terrace surrounded by different levels of gardens. Including a sheltered dining area with a fireplace/garden barbecue and romantic nooks under the willow or chestnut tree. From autumn onwards, a fireplace brings you warmth and comfort in addition to underfloor heating. The kitchen opens up to a dining area and the living room.

This apartment was built in accordance with ecological principles which is visible in materials  such as natural stone, lime plaster, whitewash, and the waxed ceiling. This all captures the light of the place beautifully.  

Coté Verger can be rented at the same time as the apartment above, Coté Vignes, for 6 to 8 people.
